Growing up in the home building and renovation business led to Frank's passion for building and renovating homes. After graduating from college and working in the real estate industry he began to buy and renovate homes himself. He founded BTD in 2014 and never looked back.

With a background in administration, Ja’Niyah has been assisting the team since 2021. She enjoys producing the most efficient systems and processes that help the company operate daily.

Elijah began working for BTD as a winter intern in 2020 and he has been here ever since. He is a dedicated team member and project manager. His enthusiasm and positive energy keep the working morale strong.

With a background in marketing and plumbing, Jamil joined the team in 2019 as a Marketing Manager part-time and a project manager full-time. He enjoys seeing his clients' visions come to life. He takes pride in his eye for design and creating the elements and materials needed to champion BTD to potential clients.

With a background in Business Administration and construction, Jahan can remain calm, cool, and collected in the ever changing business and construction world. His passion for organization and attention to detail brings great value to BTD. His ability to balance multiple projects while ensuring the office and business runs smoothly on a day to day basis keeps BTD running efficiently.

With 50+ years of expertise in homebuilding and renovation. He not only runs numerous projects, ensuring his team and trade partners have the tools to be successful, but he is also passionate about teaching the trade to the younger generation of tradesmen.
